You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

You can request a return or refund if:
- The request is made within 30 calendar days of receiving your product.
- The product is in new condition, showing no signs of misuse, improper installation, or personal damage.
- There are no signs of tampering, including altered or removed product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof markings.
- Or, the product has a manufacturing defect confirmed within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return & Refund Will Not Be Granted If:
- The product was not purchased from aeroband.net.
- The request is made more than 30 days after receiving the product.
- The returned item is missing original packaging, accessories, or attachments, or shows signs of wear and tear.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is not provided or appears altered.
- The product was damaged due to personal misuse, including incorrect installation or handling.
- The product shows tampering with key identifiers such as serial numbers or seals.
- Damage caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., fire, flood, extreme weather, etc.).
- The product is not shipped back to Aeroband within 15 calendar days after return approval is granted.
- Other conditions as stated in this policy apply.
How to Request a Return or Refund:

- Clear Images or Videos of the product and original packaging

⚠️ Before returning your item, please contact us to confirm the correct return address. Aeroband reserves the right to
deny compensation for returns sent to the wrong address, incorrect items, or empty packages.
When returning items, you may choose your preferred shipping carrier. However, for your protection, we strongly
recommend using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel services with tracking.
After shipping your return, please send the tracking number and carrier name to support@aeroband.net. If we do not
receive this information, or if the tracking details cannot be verified, the return may not be processed.
Refund Timeline:
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once your return is received and
approved, please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing time may vary depending on your
bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, Aeroband will cover the return shipping cost.
- For non-quality-related returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
