Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement if your product experiences a performance-related failure within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
Eligibility for replacement:
- The product must have been purchased from aeroband.net.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- The product must not be damaged or misused.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Replacement Will Not Be Provided If:
- The product was not purchased from aeroband.net.
- The replacement request is made more than 30 days after receiving the product.
- The returned item is missing original packaging, accessories, or attachments, or is not in new or like-new condition.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is not provided, or the document is believed to be forged or tampered with.
- Serial numbers, waterproof markings, or other product labels show signs of tampering or removal.
- The product has been damaged due to uncontrollable external factors, such as fire, flood, lightning, or extreme weather.
- The product is not delivered to Aeroband within 30 calendar days after your replacement request has been approved.
- Proof of transit damage (e.g. from the courier) cannot be provided if applicable.
- Other exclusions as specified in this policy apply.
Replacement Instructions:
To request a replacement:
1. Contact our After-Sales team support@aeroband.net within 30 calendar days of receiving your item.
2. Provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Recipient Name & Contact Info
- Product Name & Quantity
- Reason for Replacement
- Clear Images or Videos of the product and original packaging
3. Our support team will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.
⚠️ Before returning your item, please contact us to confirm the correct return address. Aeroband reserves the right to deny compensation for returns sent to the wrong address, incorrect items, or empty packages.
When returning items, you may choose your preferred shipping carrier. However, for your protection, we strongly recommend using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel services with tracking.
After shipping your return, please send the tracking number and carrier name to support@aeroband.net. If we do not receive this information, or if the tracking details cannot be verified, the return and replacement may not be processed.
Replacement Shipping Costs:
For items replaced due to confirmed performance issues, Aeroband will cover both return and replacement shipping costs.
