Our AeroBand microphone uses a special 6.5mm TRS Cable plug, as shown below:
To connect the microphone, please align the microphone plug with the matching groove inside the microphone jack on the AeroBand Guitar. Make sure the shapes correspond correctly before inserting.
If the 6.5mm TRS Cable microphone plug easily falls out or feels loose after insertion, it means the plug was not properly aligned and fully inserted into the jack. Please try again while carefully matching the connector's shape.
⚠️ Note: The AeroBand Guitar is only compatible with the official AeroBand microphone. At this time, it does not support third-party microphones or external mic adapters.
