When you pay with Klarna’s installment plan, Klarna first pays the full order amount to AeroBand on your behalf. You then repay Klarna in installments.
If you request a refund, the refund will always go back through Klarna first, and Klarna will handle it according to your payment status.
Here’s how it works:
If you have already paid all installments:
Klarna will receive the refund from AeroBand and then return the amount directly to your original payment method (such as your bank card or account).
If you are still paying in installments:
Klarna will use the refund to offset your remaining unpaid balance first.
Any remaining amount will then be returned to your original payment method.If your installment has not yet been billed or charged:
Klarna will simply cancel the upcoming bill, and you won’t need to pay anything.

AeroBand → Payment processor → Klarna → You
All refunds will follow this same route, regardless of the payment gateway used.
Refund processing time may vary depending on Klarna’s settlement cycle, typically taking 3–5 business days.
Note:
- AeroBand does not issue refunds directly to your bank account or card for Klarna orders.
- Klarna will automatically update your payment schedule and notify you via email or the Klarna App.
