Please note that AeroBand Guitars and PocketDrums follow separate logistics policies and may be shipped through different carriers.
We currently ship to the majority of major countries worldwide. To verify whether delivery is available to your location, simply add the desired product to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page—eligible shipping destinations will be displayed there.
Shipping Time
Orders typically require 1–2 business days for processing and packaging, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Most products are shipped from our international warehouses, such as those in the United States, Canada, and the EU.
The following are the estimated delivery times for major countries/regions:
- United States (US): 3-7 business days
- European Union (EU): 3-8 business days
- Canada (CA): 6-11 business days
- Australia (AU): 4-9 business days
- Germany (DE): 3-5 business days
- United Kingdom (UK): 5-9 business days
⚠️ Delivery times may be extended due to factors such as incomplete or incorrect address information, customs clearance delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Final delivery will depend on the specific logistics arrangements.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder, or ensure that it was not blocked by your email provider.

Order& Logistics Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status using one of the following methods:

Use the 'Track My Order' Feature on Our Website:
Visit aeroband.net, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on 'Track My Order' in the footer menu. On the tracking page, enter your order number, email address, or tracking number. You can find this information in your order confirmation email or order details.
- Track via the Courier's Official Website: Locate the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and enter it on the courier's official website. This will show you the most up-to-date tracking information and estimated delivery time.
If you're unable to locate your tracking information or have any concerns about your order's status, feel free to contact our support team at support@aeroband.net.
Shipping Notice
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure that your name, shipping address, and contact information are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
For special shipping requests, please contact us at support@aeroband.net before placing your order.
- Address Confirmation: Double-check your shipping address before completing payment. If you realize that you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
- Shipping Destination: Orders can only be shipped to the country where the order was placed.
- Address Changes After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that any address changes will be successfully applied. In such cases, any risks or additional costs incurred due to the address change will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays & Disclaimers
Aeroband is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from the following circumstances:
1. Extended Transit Times to Remote Areas.
2. Deliveries to remote or rural regions may experience delays of 1-2 additional business days due to limited transportation access.
3. Consignee-Related Issues.
4. Delays or delivery failures caused by the recipient's actions, including but not limited to:
- Order cancellation after shipment.
- Change of shipping address after dispatch.
- Incomplete, incorrect, or unidentifiable shipping address.
- Incorrect contact information.
- Refusal to accept the package.
5. Force Majeure Events: Uncontrollable and unforeseeable circumstances that result in shipping delays or failures. These include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, typhoons, severe weather).
- Transportation system disruptions (air or ground, local or national).
- Interruption or failure of communication systems.
- Governmental actions or policy changes.
- Wars, civil unrest, or labor strikes.
These events, individually or in combination, fall outside Aeroband's control and may affect our ability to deliver within the estimated timeframe.
