At AeroBand, we are committed to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. Every AeroBand product comes with a free one-year limited warranty that covers performance-related defects starting from the date of delivery.
If your product experiences a functional issue within this period, you may be eligible for warranty service. Please contact our support team with your order details and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
When the AeroBand Warranty Does Not Apply
Your warranty may not be valid in the following situations:
1. The product is outside the one-year warranty period.
2. The product was not purchased from the official AeroBand online store, or valid proof of purchase (such as your order number and email address) is missing.
3. The purchase documentation has been falsified, altered, or tampered with.
4. The product has been resold or transferred to another person after the original purchase. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
5. The product was misused, improperly installed, or handled without care, resulting in damage.
6. There are signs of tampering with internal components, or serial numbers, labels, or seals have been removed or modified.
7. The product has been damaged by external factors such as fire, flooding, lightning, or other natural events.
How to Request Warranty Support
To request warranty service, please contact our support team at support@aeroband.net and provide the following information:
1. Your order details (order number and associated email address).
2. A detailed description of the issue.
3. Photo or video evidence, if applicable.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Additional Notes
If a product has been damaged or altered by the customer, such as through improper handling, installation, or unauthorized modification, the warranty will be void. Complimentary repair or replacement will not be available in these cases.
