AeroBand Guitar exhibits an average latency of 9 ms, measured under controlled conditions via oscilloscope by observing the time difference between the pluck action and the MIDI signal output at the USB port.
This latency is comparable to a traditional guitar when used without external processing.
When connected to a DAW or third-party effects, additional latency may occur. If you observe significant delays, these may be introduced by external audio interfaces or DAW software.
It is important to note that nearly all external devices and MIDI controllers inherently introduce some latency.
We advise reviewing the specifications and settings of connected equipment to diagnose latency sources. We continuously optimize firmware to minimize latency across all scenarios.
