If your AeroBand Guitar freezes, crashes, or behaves abnormally, please try rebooting it first.
If the issue occurs after a failed firmware update, you can restore the device to its factory settings by performing a manual reset.
To reset your AeroBand device:
- Press and hold both the microphone knob and the main knob simultaneously.
- Keep holding for about 20 seconds until the device resets automatically.
- Once the reset is complete, your AeroBand device will return to its default settings.
💡 Tip: After resetting, you can reconnect the device and re-pair it with the AeroBand app if needed.
