Xcotton Product Protection is a service offered by our partner, Xcotton (partner with AlG). It protects your product against accidental damage, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, power surges, and battery failure. Here's what's included and how it works.
The Xcotton Product Protection plan includes:
- Accidental Damage during Handling: unintentional and accidental damage from handling, such as drops, spills, and cracked screens, as a result of normal use.
- Extended Warranty: mechanical or electrical breakdown of your covered product after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
- Power Surge: a sudden increase in voltage that can damage or destroy electronics, appliances, and even electrical wiring.
- Battery Failure: a one-time battery replacement.
When does my coverage begin?
Accidental Damage Protection begins on the shipment date recorded in the merchant's system.
Extended Warranty Protection begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires.
