This issue is usually related to the type of headphones you are using:
Headphone Types
- Three-conductor (TRS): Supports left and right audio channels and ground (no microphone)
- Four-conductor (TRRS): Supports left and right audio channels, ground, and a microphone
Troubleshooting

If you are using four-conductor headphones (with a microphone):
These headphones may not be fully compatible with the guitar’s audio jack. This can cause sound to play in only one ear.
Recommendation: Use three-conductor headphones without a microphone. -
If you are using three-conductor headphones (without a microphone):
If the problem still occurs, the guitar’s audio jack may be faulty and could require repair or replacement.
