- Connect it to the AeroBand Guitar App.
- Go to "Setting" → "Guitar prompt tone" and check whether "Power On/Off" is enabled.
3. If there is sound while playing, but no sound when switching tones.
- The issue may be that "Switch Tone" and "Power On/Off" are disabled.
- Or the "Prompt Tone" volume is set to "Mute".
You can check whether two features are enabled in "Guitar Prompt Tone", or set the "Prompt Tone" volume to "Medium" or "Loud".
4. If there is no sound when playing or switching tones.
The "Volume" knob (Power button) may be turned down to the minimum level.
Try turning the "Volume" knob toward the headphone jack to increase the volume and check whether the sound is restored.
5. If there is still no sound at all. The built-in speaker may malfunction. Please record a video of the issue and send it to support@aeroband.net.
