Please first check the power indicator and its light color, as this tells you what's going on:

🟠 Orange breathing light: This usually indicates a low-power charging adapter. We recommend replacing it with a quick-charge adapter of at least 20W, then trying to charge the guitar again.
- 🔴🟢 Red or green breathing light: If the indicator shows a red or green breathing status and the guitar still shows no response after charging for an extended period, the device may have a fault. Please get in touch with the support team at support@aeroband.net for further assistance.
Tip: Make sure the charging cable is firmly connected at both ends and that the power outlet is working before troubleshooting further.
