If the battery indicator lights don't come on after the adapter goes into charging protection, please try the following steps:
- Plug the adapter into the charger.
- Wait until the battery indicator lights start blinking.
- Unplug the charging cable and power the adapter back on.
In most cases, the lights will come back on after this.
If the lights still don't turn on after restarting, or if the app shows a low battery, the adapter gets noticeably hot, or the adapter won't power on or connect, please stop using it and contact the AeroBand Support Team at support@aeroband.net with details and a short video for troubleshooting.
