A solid red power indicator after you power on the adapter can occasionally happen once the adapter has gone into charging protection after a charge.
If the red light stays solid after powering on, please try the following steps:
- Turn the adapter off.
- Place it in a well-ventilated, dry, non-flammable spot and let it cool down completely.
- Then power it on again.
If the red light is still solid after restarting, or if the adapter won't power on or connect, please stop using it and contact the AeroBand Support Team at support@aeroband.net with details and a short video for troubleshooting.
