If your PocketDrum 2 Ultra adapter switches itself back on right after you turn it off — especially while it's charging or shortly after. This is caused by over-temperature protection. Right after (or during) charging, the adapter's internal temperature is still high, so it can power on by itself after you switch it off.
What to do:
- Place the adapter in a well-ventilated spot and let it cool down completely.
- Then try turning it off again. If it stays off once it's cool, you can keep using it as normal.
If the adapter keeps powering on by itself at room temperature (when it isn't hot), please stop using it and contact the AeroBand Support Team at support@aeroband.net with details and a short video for troubleshooting.
